The CSR Position:

Our goal at Market Maker is to have the best customer service in the world and retain clients for life. As an CSR you will empower our clients to succeed by teaching them how to operate and effectively master our software. You will answer client and internal tickets, emails, and phone calls efficiently and effectively. In addition to customer service, you will help and participate in just about every part of the Market Maker Platform.

You will:

You will execute on the following responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively in a team managing a base of customers
  • Work collaboratively in a team managing a base of customers
  • Ascertain customer goals and collaborate on customized strategic plans while driving customer accountability
  • Engage customers resolving inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources
  • Engage customers via strategy onboarding calls, securing buy-in for customer execution
  • Answer client tickets
  • Reply to live client chat
  • Onboard clients effectively
  • Maintain Strong KPI’s
  • Attend Weekly and Daily Meetings

A strong candidate will bring:

Two years of relatable work experience.

Must be computer/software savvy.

Fast learning.

Attention to details.

Quick critical thinking

Must be able to work independently and as a team member.

Pluses:

  • Experience at a SaaS organization
  • Licensed Real Estate agent or equivalent experience

Compensation: Up to $13.50-14.50 per hour depending on experience. Benefits including company sponsored health, dental and vision insurance along with paid time off and holidays after 60 days.

Work hours 8:30 – 5:00 Monday through Friday.
