We will also use such information for statistical and marketing analysis.
To whom will Market Maker provide your personal information?
Personal information is used by us and by others on our behalf. We will not disclose such information, other than as follows:
- to third party service providers with whom Market Maker has a contractual agreement, which includes appropriate privacy standards, for the purpose of (i) performing functions such as data processing, database services, marketing or information technology support; (ii) submitting and processing your loan, realty or other related requests for products or services of our third party service providers; (iii) providing insurance for Market Maker product liability claims on behalf of Market Maker; or (iv) referring you to another agent or broker;

Google User Data
If you opt to connect your Gmail account, we will periodically scan your Gmail inbox and sent mail to find emails sent to, or received from, any contacts in your account. We never store or read email messages that are not for a contact in your system. The emails for a particular contact will be stored in our database and displayed on the contact's timeline. Those emails will never be shared with any 3rd parties. Only users and Market Maker employees that have access to your system will be able to see the emails in the context of the contact's profile. They will not have any access to your Gmail account. Gmail authentication tokens are deleted whenever you disconnect your Gmail account. All Gmail authentication tokens and stored emails are deleted from our databases 30-90 days after your account is canceled.

How long we retain your data
