INTRO

“What price range? Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage? Which specific areas are you looking in? Anything else?” (Make notes to create a saved sea

“Do you have a house you need to sell?”

  • If YES: “Do you need to sell before you buy?"

    • If YES: “Is it a home in the area?”

    • If YES: Go to the “Listing Appointment” section.

  • If NO: Go to the “Buyer Appointment” section. If NO: Go to the “Buyer Appointment” section.

 

BUYER APPOINTMENT

"Okay, great. What I'm going to do is send you a list of all homes from all real estate companies that match what you're looking for. What I'd like you to do is pick out your top 3-5 homes for us to go look at. What day works best for you?”

After appointment set:

“If you would, please reply back to my list of homes in your email, so that I know you received it. I’ll send it today. Be sure to also check your spam folder.”

 

LISTING APPOINTMENT

“When is a good time to drop by and give you an in-depth home evaluation so I can tell you exactly what you home is worth?"

"Also, while I'm there, I can give you information regarding how long it should take to sell as well as give you some tips on what to do and what not to do in order to get the maximum amount of money out of it.
